Overview

Ittiam is a leading provider of media technology and systems for the in-flight entertainment (IFE) application. In fact, the next generation IFE solutions deployed in leading airlines and aircrafts have media processing and streaming technology sourced by Ittiam leveraging its ASMS suite. The application scenario for IFE is a combination of one or more of the following - in-seat or overhead displays for commercial aircraft with single or dual aisle configuration, high quality entertainment units for business jets, interoperability with legacy systems, wider variety of content both w.r.t. format and substance – movies to news channels for example.
